Where We Ship
We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD products are legal. By placing an order, you confirm that receiving CBD products is permitted in your state or locality. River Valley CBD is not responsible for packages that are seized or delayed due to local restrictions.

Shipping Method
We currently offer standard shipping on all orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees — delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages
River Valley CBD is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. River Valley CBD is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
